We are having an Open House in Baltimore Maryland. We have two new stores opening and need to staff them with energetic employees that love to serve the public (slurpee loving is not required but can become a side effect from employment). We will be hiring for Sales Associate and Assistant Managers.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help the Store Manager with store operation and implementation of our company’s Five Fundamentals – Quality, Assortment, Service, Value and Cleanliness. You’ll also assist with managing the store staff – coaching, training, feedback and scheduling – after completion of the required training and certifications.

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of 7-Eleven to our patrons. Your most important job is to provide outstanding customer service and maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in the store. You’ll also stock and merchandise products and operate the register.

Assistant Store Managers and Sales Associates begin in a management training program. Starting salary varies based on experience. Both positions can lead to career advancement within our company, to managing your own store, or even to a multi-unit management opportunity.
