Operations
- Operations oversight and management

Loss Prevention
- Prevention and detection of losses that negatively impact stores

Franchising
- Identification of qualified candidates to franchise a 7-Eleven store

Information Systems
- Management of all the computer-based functions for the company

Real Estate
- New store development and management of leased and owned properties

Merchandising
- Responsible for product development and introduction to stores

Human Resources
- Recruiting, training and retention of 30,000+ employees

Marketing
- Creation, development and implementation of marketing and advertising activities

Finance
- Strategic Planning
- Management of financial data at store level and system-wide
